Wild Cherry Charcoal

It doesn't get much better than this if you like to cook with fruit tree charcoal.  Wild cherry is used as a nursery tree to help draw up other hardwood species so it’s only available when larger areas of forest are cleared, and cherry has been utilised for growing.  Super, super rare, this charcoal delivers a mild sweetness that complements heartier cooks and matches perfectly with chicken, venison, lamb and duck.  A perfect charcoal? Quite possibly!
